Hi,

It looks like this issue was recently reported by another customer and has been fixed internally. Until the next release is available I you may have to use the version of Thinreg that ships with 4.0.4, if I'm not mistaken this version can be used to register and unregister both 4.0.4 and 4.5 packages.
