It is possible. Just make a new Entry Point, for example:
MSAccess.exe
Shortcut=xxxxxx.xxx
Source=%ProgramFilesDir%\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\1033\msaccess.exe
On your build machine please make sure %ProgramFilesDir%\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\1033\msaccess.exe is present. It does not need to be a real msaccess.exe it can be a bogus file. Just as long as the path is valid.
