My app is a db application which use one Ocx . I need to pack the Ocx into my Exe file in order to protect the Ocx file. I tried the evaluation version of Thinstall 2.x to thinstalled app.It works fine in WinXp sp2. but It can't run in the Win7 beta. Unfortunatetly, Now the thinstall 2.x is not supported. So I want to try the ThinApp. Ok,

I need the following requirement:

1. Only pack Ocx into EXE. other files like DB file , Dont pack into the Exe. Thinstalled app can access those files in local path.

2. Thinstalled app can access the USB device, which is the security key.My app need to access the Key and determine if it can run.

I have no idea in the ThinApp. Anybody can tell me some answers on the above question? thanks.
